Lahore: The Al Kabir Town management recently announced the balloting date for commercial and residential plots in the housing society’s Phase II (Umer Block) location, a news source reported. As per the project’s official website, the plot ballot will be held on March 25.
The Town management has also announced its eligibility criteria and asked the members to clear their remaining dues before the deadline of March 15. Additionally, the residential project’ official website states that only updated files will be included in the plot balloting.
Al Kabir Town Phase 2 is located on Raiwind Road opposite Lake City, and is divided further into Blocks A, B, C, D, Usman, Ali, and Umer. Residential plots of 3-marla, 5-marla, and 7-marla, along with commercial plots of 3-marla, are included in the balloting.
Al
Kabir Town is a legal project which has already been approved by the Lahore
Development Authority (LDA). Civic amenities, such as gas, water, and
electricity are easily available in the area. Also, the development work on the
project concerned is being completed in a timely manner. The project further offers
an upscale lifestyle and quality plots to its residents at affordable prices.
