Lahore: Al-Kabir Developers has shared a new instalment plan for payment of balloting charges for Sector-B Phase-1, Kings Town, according to a post published on the society’s official Facebook page on January 26.
As per the new plan, the balloting charges have been divided into two instalments, with the first instalment payable by February 15 and the second payable by March 15.
In a letter issued by the management of Al-Kabir Developers, it was informed that for the convenience of the members and dealers of Kings Town Sector B Phase 1, the authority would allow the submission of outstanding balloting charges in two equal instalments.
It is important to note that the Al-Kabir Developers has recently opened a merging option for the Kings Town Sector B plot forms, allowing file holders to merge their 3 and 5-marla residential and commercial plots.
