Islamabad: Al Ghurair Giga, the developers of Giga Mall, have announced a discount on new bookings in D-Mall; their latest project located in DHA Islamabad, Phase II – as reported in a publication. Bookings are currently open – and buyers applying for the project’s commercials shops can enjoy a 15% discount on their respective booking amounts.
The deadline for availing the discount offer has been set for Eid.
The project features ‘Ground + Six Floors’ commercial units; all of which have been dedicated to shops. It is also expected to feature Pakistan’s first indoor water park facility, in addition to a food court, restaurants, covered parking, and kids’ play area.
As of March 2020, a significant section of the project’s grey structure had been completed; with the building expected to be finalised by mid-2021.
