All societies near the proposed airport are good for investment. However, before investing in any of the societies please ensure that the society has been approved by CDA and other authorities concerned.

According to an advert of IArport Enclave, the NOC no. of the society is RDA/MPATE/F-PHS-94/84.
I think this NOC was for Khudadad City. They have now changed its name and plan too. So, will the NOC of Khudadad City will remain useful for Airport Enclave ?? or for Airport Enclave, there is a need of separate or new NOC ??
And the price of 1-kanal plot in Airport Enclave is Rs 4.7 million.

Isn’t PECHS more safe to invest in rather then these private society’s. How credible can their developer be from these private society’s. At the end of the day its not just airport development that would be cashed
in by investors.
I want to inform you all that Airport Enclave project is totally fraud. please do not invest your money in this project. there are multi names, first they sold by name khudadad city and now airport enclave. no NOC shown any where, no website for this project, no development work, no proper way of society, long away form main road, first plots given to moon marketing for sale and now given to sweet home.

Airport Enclave has Valid NOC and this can be verifiable from RDA. Changing and arranging marketers is not relevant for success of project and also name is same Khudadad City’s Airport Enclave. This society is nearest to Airport as compared to other societies.
Dear Sarmad, I am agreed with you that society is nearest to airport but what is the benefit of that? Land linkers is not doing any good development here as project had launched two years back. Still they did not made main entrance, boundry wall, no carpet road yet. when they will complete project development as instalments will be finished by next june 2017. If no development than what is purpose of this project? They will grab people money and will sleep for 10 years and people will be running behind them.
