Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has submitted a report on agro farmhouses to the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP), according to a news source. The apex court instructed the CDA to share the report with concerned parties. The case is being heard by Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed.
The apex court of Pakistan took suo motu notice back in 2013 over illegal construction in these farmhouses and personal use of their space instead of farming. While hearing the case, Justice Saeed said that the court’s proceedings will be held in the presence of all attorneys. He further said that the court will not put the case on hold and will conclude it. The next hearing has been adjourned for three weeks.
