Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has finalised arrangements with the Chiniot Housing Scheme that will help adjust the affectees of LDA Avenue 1, according to a news published on June 1.

As per the details shared by the source, Chiniot Housing Scheme has expressed willingness to contribute 1,675 kanal land to the project. To this effect, a written agreement for the exemption of 1,675 kanal land area of the Chiniot Housing Scheme has been finalised. It was highlighted that the efforts of LDA Vice Chairman S M Imran are bearing fruit and the plots of the affectees of Blocks L and K can now be adjusted.

Reportedly, the said third party housing project is also willing to contribute a 120-kanal farmhouse (worth PKR 2.5 billion) land that can be converted into 100 plots. The scheme also hinted at the establishment of a PKR 28 billion commercial sector on the acquired land.
