Approval from Town Municipal Administration (TMA)
The approval for Lahore Motorway City was taken in 2008 from the TMA, which means it is safe to invest in the society. But I still suggest people do their proper homework and visit the society before diving in.
Development and possession
Model houses are ready and I have learned that homeowners will get possession upon completion of 80% of the payment plan.
Should you invest in the project?
According to Hafiz Muhammad Irfan Tahir of Tahir Associates, a road connecting the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor will pass by the society. Secondly, a tax free zone for the textile industry will also be set up in the same vicinity, making Lahore Motorway City a project worth considering for investment.

Also, I visit this society after every two to three months. I am also very interested in buying and building home over there. However, to construct the home, this society will take too much time. I would say this society is good for long term investment
This housing society is situated in a zone where flood water would gather & it’s very likely that streets & houses would be under rain water.
Seems to be a good investment to have decent house to live in. Important is that schedule of payments and completion must be respected both by the buyer and seller respectively.
A clear layout plan for the houses and the entire development must also be available for viewing of the buyers. This may depict the street widths, locations of Hospital, School, Parks, Mosque, any other community center etc.,
Buyers must satisfy themselves by asking approval of the development from the concerned department. They get it verified from the department either by phone or going to the office, in person. It shall save the buyer from future hassles. The buyer must visit the web page of the developer, if available. Once the buyer gets satisfied, the schedule of payments, completion and handing over must also be made a part of the contract between the buyer and the seller.
Disneyland Lahore is also planned to be built around this with 5-star hotels and restaurants. Do you think that too will make this place worth gold in near future?

It is located at a distance of 2 kms from Kot Abdul Malik Interchange and almost 12 kms from Mall Road.
Hi zain. Can u tell me if motorway city is approved by LDA. And they are selling the files same a numbers of plots in plan? How far it is expected to have posession? I also want to know if any future road network will affect the society’s plot buyers? Regards, Hasan
