Commoners Flower Valley, a mere 20-minute drive from the Convention Centre in Islamabad and right next to Bahria Gold City on Murree Expressway, is well on its way to becoming a serene, popular housing community. The locality spans 15,000 kanals and offers picturesque views of the hills around it.

Development work
Development of infrastructure is underway at a good pace. Sarosh told Zameen.com that 30% of the work is complete.
“The main road has been carpeted, the site office has been developed and roads leading to the Blocks A, B and C have been levelled,” he said.
Asked about possession of plots in the locality, Sarosh said that it will most likely be handed over in December next year.
It is commendable that the developer has already acquired required land for the project. This means that plot owners will probably not witness any litigation issues and this makes Commoners Flower Valley an investment haven.
It must also be noted that the project has been approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) and, for your satisfaction, the no-objection certificate no. is MP & TE/F-PHS-MRE-1/349.
And that’s all about Commoners Flower Valley for the day. Rest assured, we will keep an eye on the project and update you as soon as any further information becomes available to us.
