Lahore: Prime Minister Imran has directed the authorities concerned to take notice of the issues hampering the establishment of Ravi City and Central Business District in Lahore, a news source reported on April 29.
The premier issued the said directives while taking a briefing in Islamabad on the developments carried out for the two projects. Ravi City project is being handled by Ravi Urban Development Authority, which was made its executing authority in September last year.

Commenting on the venture’s importance, the PM said that Ravi City is a flagship project and its development will go a long way in creating economic prosperity in the country.
Talking about protection of green areas falling in and around the land marked for the project, PM Khan said that all such areas will be protected at all costs. He further mentioned that the steps taken by the incumbent government for the environment protection and making Pakistan clean and green, are unprecedented.
