Lahore: The Anti-corruption Establishment (ACE) retrieved 1,726 kanals of state land worth over PKR 304 million from across Punjab, a news source reported. The authority retrieved the land from illegal occupants and handed it back to the concerned departments.

ACE conducted a province-wide crackdown, during which it retrieved state land from the land grabbers. In addition to Lahore, the establishment retrieved land in Multan, Lodhran, Vihari, and Sahiwal.
The details of the amounts of state land retrieved by ACE are as follows:
- 287-kanal land worth PKR 66 million in Moza Gojran in Multan Region
- 53-kanal land worth PKR 8.48 million in Moza Kalawari in Lodhran District
- 704-kanal land worth PKR 59 million on Vihari
- 682-kanal land worth over PKR 682 million in Sahiwal

According to the sources, ACE has handed over the land to the departments concerned, including the Irrigation Department, after its retrieval.
