Karachi: Sindh Governor Imran Ismail on Tuesday invited the Association of Builders & Developers (ABAD) to play its role in making Prime Minister (PM)’s Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP) a success, a news source reported.

He expressed his views on the matter during a meeting with a delegation of ABAD – led by its Chairman Mohsin Shaikhani. He told ABAD representatives that all stakeholders involved in building and development work should support the NPHP initiative.
In response, the ABAD officials expressed their willingness to participate in the NPHP project. They added that they wanted to work with complete sincerity of purpose in order to meet the growing demand for affordable housing in the country.

Moreover, Governor Ismail extended his appreciation to ABAD for creating employment opportunities for the people. He added that the people involved with development should make no comprise towards quality and public safety. He further stated that the provincial government would address all problems faced by the ABAD members, in addition to providing needed support.
