Visit top priority stalls first and ensure you ask the representative as many questions as you desire and receive clarity regarding the investment process. Some important things you may want to ask include questions regarding the location of the project, development work, payment plan, possession, facilities and amenities, and investment potential.
If some exhibitors are offering discounts or prizes for on-the-spot booking and you are satisfied with the project they are considering, you may want to book on the spot to secure maximum benefits.
Explore other property options
Sometimes you are looking for something, but you end up finding something better! I know that has happened to me at several property events and it may happen to you too! After you visit top priority stalls, stroll the venue and explore other stalls and offers by exhibitors that catch your eye. Some smaller projects may have immense investment potential and some new projects may be offering highly attractive investment options! Hence, make sure you do not leave them out!
Keep your stomach full
Things do not seem the same when you are on an empty stomach and the world simply seems to be a better place when your stomach is full! Hence, you may want to begin with a light snack while you are in the midst of your first round of the venue and move onto a full-fledged meal once you have visited a few stalls of interest. Then you can enjoy your last stroll to explore the remaining stalls with a cup of coffee or soup and return home all rejuvenated and full of food and information (and maybe a property or two richer!).
