Lahore: Out of 150 Land Record Centres in Punjab, 121 have been upgraded and connected with the central software, a news source quoted Punjab Land Record Authority Director General Capt. (R) Zafar Iqbal. This will now allow property owners to access their land records from any Arazi Record Centre in Punjab.
Previously, the fard for land record ownership was issued only from the concerned record centres. By the end of February, all Arazi Record Centres will be connected with the central software, allowing property owners to get fard from any Arazi Record Centre in the province.
