Lahore: 101 Group recently held a Pre-Launch/Broker Dinner Convention event for its flagship sustainable lifestyle apartment project ‘Forest V’ in Dubai. The said event was organised at Sheraton Grand Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai and received an overwhelming response from the participants.
During the Pre-Launch/Broker Dinner Convention event, 101 Group Group Director and Chief Commercial Officer Mr Asim Iftikhar highlighted the project’s immense potential as an asset for overseas Pakistanis. He opined that this project will offer all the luxury of international scale delivered with an environment-conscious approach. He revealed that the development work has already kicked off on the project site. Mr Iftikhar also said that the project is expected to be delivered in December 2025.
It was highlighted that the four-year payment plan of the project includes 20% payment as downpayment, 10% payable at the time of possession and the rest in quarterly instalments. The event attendees were also briefed by Forest V Project Architect Marcus Wilkins who revealed all the unique aspects of the project that are rarely available even in the international market.
Reportedly, Forest V is envisioned as a 7-star luxury residential landmark in Gulberg, Lahore – which aims to bring international standards of premium living for overseas Pakistanis. It encompasses 87-ultra large 1 to 4 bedroom apartments and Pakistan’s largest penthouse spread over 25,000 sq ft of stunning rooftop spaces overlooking the Gymkhana Golf Course. The design of the project is planned around the inspiration of a vertical forest, with apartments featuring terraces that will be customizable into forest lawns or gardens. The project is designed by Marcus Wilkins of ARCHI-TEX – with the biophilic design – and vision by Callie Van der Merwe from Design Partnership, Australia.
