Lahore: 101 Group has introduced Forest V – Pakistan’s largest apartments incorporating the country’s first-ever Vertical Forest concept.

The sophisticated open-plan layout of the project is designed to offer mesmerizing panoramic views of Downtown Lahore and Lahore Gymkhana Golf Course. Forest V encompasses 87 ultra-large, 1- to 4-bedroom apartments, duplex units and Pakistan’s largest double-story mega rooftop penthouse that covers an area of 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space’.
It is a climate-conscious project that’s being developed with eco-friendly and sustainable development practices. The vertical plantations of Forest V are expected to sequester some 27 tonnes of carbon dioxide, release 22 tonnes of oxygen, and improve the city’s overall air quality. The project is designed by Marcus Wilkins of ARCHI-TEX, with the biophilic interior design and vision by Callie Van der Merwe from Design Partnership Australia.
101 Group is planning to offer a signature elevated living experience facilitated with a complete set of luxury amenities. Some of these amenities include; a health & wellness spa (operated by an international brand), a swimming pool, a world-class fitness centre, indoor badminton/paddle tennis courts, in-house cinema, private lounges, special suites for visitors, cigar and sports lounge, rooftop helipad and cafes and restaurants managed by reputed chefs.

While briefing the media about the project, 101 Group Director and CCO Asim Iftikhar revealed that this project is exclusively being developed for Overseas Pakistanis. He added that 101 Group aims to raise the luxury living standards by delivering a building design based on biophilic design ethos while shaping impeccable lifestyles for Overseas Pakistanis. He also revealed that Forest V Resident App will help the dwellers of this project secure a seamlessly serene lifestyle.
