Lahore: The Pakistan Citizen Portal (PCP) app has so far resolved 100,000 complaints, a news source quoted a tweet from Prime Minister Imran Khan. The app was launched on October 29, 2018 for android users to help them reach Khan with their complaints and suggestions.

In his tweet, the PM lauded that this was the fastest and highest rate of addressing grievances in the history of Pakistan. Addressing 100,000 complaints was made possible within a short time period of sixty days only. He also encouraged the citizens to make use of the official Twitter account of Prime Minister Development Unit for receiving effective response on their complaints. For this purpose, citizens can use the Twitter handle @PakistanPMDU.
The app is a comprehensive grievance redressal system. The public can register their complaints using the smartphone app, Facebook page, email, or website. A toll-free number is also available. The registered complaints are resolved within a given timeframe with complete transparency.
