If one sells a certain plot which has been kept for more than 10 years ,and buys another plot by adding more money into it and does not use the money on his or her self …Does he or she still have to pay zakat on the amount which was raised after selling the plot.(initially the intention was to keep the first plot which is being sold against inflation of money)
