what happens when properties in the cities are all developed. there is less space left for new projects to be built. do you think peri-urban communities in Pakistan will be successful? since the only public transport we have is metro and other busses. with petrol prices rising, do you it is wise to invest in projects that are at a distance from the the center of the city or major business districts?
