Army is starting to build a new ghq complex in sectors e-10 and d-11. Will this have any effect on plot prices in the neighboring sector d-12?
The market in D-12 has already become dead due to dealers. Price of 50x90 plot is around 3.75-5. Where will go further?
BTW impact will be huge army will give substantial danda to CDA for development of surrounding areas. Commercial activities will elevate in that area considerably. Security will increase that will further boost the prices.
Agree with Naeem. Expect that Army will give danda to CDA. Just look at the current GHQ surroundings, its nasty and filthy in Rawalpindi. So don't get hopes up too high.
