I'm in the process of buying a 1 kanal house in bahria town rawalpindi phase 4, and i'll move there in about 3 years. My plan is to put the house on rent for that duration (3 years). My question is, if i decide to sell that house, how much worth will it lose? Will i be able to sell it at a good price? Will it retain its worth after 3 years of "use"?
Example: i'm buying the house at around 4 crores. Will i get a good return after 3 years?
It will loose 5% to 10% construction value but in these years plot price may increase more than that, so it will be more costly than roday price
