Why Sudden Reduction In Nfc 2 Plot Prices On Zameen.com?

I have observed reduction in prices of NFC phase 2 on Zameen.com.

September 4th, 2013

Nfc phase 2 lahore plots available (under development) 5 marla= 7 to 9, 10 marla= 11 to 18, 1 kanal= 26 to 35 lacs ( all dues clear)

However, on 3rd sep

Nfc phase 2 lahore plots available (under development) 5 marla= 8 to 12, 10 marla= 14 to 22, 1 kanal= 28 to 37 lacs ( all dues clear)

Why is the sudden reduction in the process.... Were earlier prices mentioned not realistic?

Bro I seriously think that it has something to do with the shifting of the Investor attention with respect to certain developments which were foreseen to be more promising than NFC2.
