Why prices are not increasing at Sectors E-17 despite the fact that CDA has announced the construction of Margalla Avenue (linking D-12 sector with GT Road)
price increased on bases of development work and progress work of sector if it lake both things then there is no reason price will get increased

Dear Mian, Development work at E-16/17 is on a fast track. Possession has already been given to quite a few members and 2 to 3 owners are getting possession on daily basis. Habib Rafiq is doing the development work in those sectors.
My question still remains, why investors are reluctent to go to E-16/17 even though work on Margalla Avenue has started and this avenue is very close by to these two sectors.
I think apart from G15 and F15/1, rest of the sectors in zone 2 are not fully matured yet. they will take some time, but location wise i think e16/17 would get an edge over others
But B-17 MPCHS could be a tough competition for CDECHS E16/17
Well There is a prediction very soon prices will start raising in E-16/17 and i think so if some one want to invest for an year he can get a very good response from that sector as infra is good plus people started construction there and the main thing is that they are spreading gas pipe lines. G-15 a kanal plot price is around 60 lac F-15 around 55 lac B17 B Block around 40 lac But in E-16 kanal price is around 25 and i think so after few constructions specially commercial constructions rates will touch 35. Many investors of jamu are now moving thr money to E-16/17 and it will also be a reason of increase.
