On OLX there are a lot of plot for sale and a lot looks to buy at TC while at the Mumtaz there is hardly two dealers posting about sale at MUmtaz, as calls around, the prices of TC increase while MUmtaz is dam dam!
Because Mumtaz City, Top City, University Town, etc. Are worthless societies being run by luuuuunieees of MQM and others. Top-City is collecting additional development charges already and cancelling everyone’s plots who doesn’t pay.
