Why people in this forum ignoring i-15 and i-16

Salam brothers
I want to know the reasons why i-15 and i-16 is not under consideration in this forum.
If some one buy now in i-15 and even after a year or two cda start development will it not be a great investement for that person.
Please need suggestion from seniors on this forum.
Even in cda 2014 budget i saw there was budget seperation for i-15 but let suppose it may take few more years.

For me I-14/15 and 16 were good investment, but last week when i visited sites and did working on it, i am no more interested, it is actually Pindi, i don’t see any good future for short term, may be good for long term.

Actually my query is on investment basis , So even if these sectors are in pindi, will they may not give a good return than main sectors of islamabad as their prices are already on peak.

For example if i invest 60 lacs to buy a 2040 plot in G-13 islambad how much benifit it may give me after 3 years as prices have already reached a level, on other side if i invest it to buy 3 PLOTS of 3060 in I-15 which can give double return if CDA start development over there.

Please correct me as i already told i am new and its just my query and assumptions.

Sir i believe prices in G 13 would rise more as more develpment work would go there which include carpeting of roads park and markaz … It would rise more bcoz of its location … While i 14 develpoment and location is not apealing at all
