Why or why not g-16/4 and g-16/3 is good investments.

Want to know how well market has performed in g-16 over past few years and what it’s scope considering 30 x 60 plot and construction activity is there.

G16-4 is reality , WITH DUE APOLOGY TO WAQAS SAAB.... G-16/4 is fine. G-15 se 10-20 lacs kum ho ga price mein for possession plots. Construction pace is also fine. I visited the place some 2 years back and now comparatively many houses are constructed. But the to-be link road to KH is as it is (a dirty patch of dirt.

so if prices are lower by 10-20 lacs in g-15 then it is good appreciation for g-16 which has only got sub-sector 4 to offer and poor access for now and one has to pass g-15 first to reach g.t.road. G-15 30*60 is around 70-75 lacs so you can compare yourself
