I have noticed that more than 80% posts are related to islamabad properties only. Is zameen.Com famous only in this region or everybody is just interested to invest in islamabad ?
Many people , if not most people are interested to invest in Islamabad. There are some recent stats announced by zameen.com.
Further, overseas Pakistanis are partially dependent on internet and forums. Overseas are naturally interested in Islamabad because societies are more documented here.
Another reason might be that Islamabad investors are more educated to use forums. Same investors of Islamabad are discussing Bahria Karachi too.

Lahories use Lahore real estate portal more. In any case it will be good to discuss Lahore property here as well. There are a few threads but we need to attract greater interest from Lahore investors.

Lahore had a recent case of Eden Group. Lahore is more safe with renowned brands like DHA the most and then Bahria and LDA projects.
But it would be more helpful if guys from Lahore take part in discussing their real estate trends.
