Emaar Canyons apparently looks very upscale project for living but I am unable to comprehend why it’s prices are so low that even Soan Garden and Jinnah Garden are expensive than Emaar. I want to know if there is any issue of legality or there is any other issue that has kept it’s market value down?

Regarding the prices the only reason I can see is the lack of commercial and other facilities which main DHA sectors are enjoying or are in plan to be developed, including schools and hospitals etc.
In case Canyon view ever get the route directly to F and other DHA sectors I think the prices will be at same range as other DHA 5 sectors.

Can someone tell the latest rates and updates? Is this now worth an investment for living and renting?
One main issue of Emaar is they allow you to build one unit house as per their maps, while in other DHA sector you can build two unit house and put one on rent but not the case in Emaar. Only those people are buying who want to enjoy single unit house
