I am curious that why dha delay its development like ....
1-dha phase 2 ext (no map, no news at all)
2-dha 4 (some blocks partly developed and no sign of development in other blocks)
3-dha 3 (very less developed and only tangible things are based on serene city)
My question form gurus are that...
A-nothing leaks out from dha that whats its development plan and timelines?
B- how to anticipate time of dha 2 ext and dha 4 last blocks?
C-why performance of dha is better in other cities but dhai is very very slow?
