Which subsector of d-12 is the most recommended, not just from investment point of view but also from quality of life perspective. 1,2,3 or 4? Experts kindly advise. (plot size requirement is 356 sq yds or more)
D-12/3 and 4 are already too expensive..356 sq yrd price starts from 250 +
D-12/1 and 2 are relatively cheaper..price range is 180 +
In the long run, D-12/1 and 2 will definitely reach the same price as D-12/3 and 4
D-12/4. Closer to E-11. Less distance to mainland Islamabad. First access to gas supplies etc.
