I want to construct house in bahria town phase 8 rawalpindi. I am interested in knowing your experience and opinions in which size houses sell easily and fast in bahria town phase 8 rawalpindi? I am comparing 5 marla, 7 marla, 8 marla houses from sale perspective.
Please kindly advise on your opinions on this matter.

I believe the 5 marla maybe easier to sell and more affordable to the wider public. 7 and 8 appear to be halfway house where its neither here or there, one would just get the standard 10 marla…
5 marla house buyers are generally low income group. They are more interested in saving 10-15 Lacs and making their own house. So 5 marla is not the correct option.
The bigger houses like 1 Kanal have more potential buyers if they look beautiful.
I get quotes lot of 7 and 10 marla houses from bahria phase 8 . Developers are not so much inclined toward 5 marla in phase 8 so i think there is some reason behind that. Visit the area, check some available for sale options there and have a gup shup with developers.
