The investment amount is different in both cases...
In DHA Pesh you have plots of 10 marla and kanal on installments, while in DHA Multan, you don't have any installments option at the moment...
In DHA Multan the minimum investment amount is 33 lacs...
In DHA Pesh minimum investment option is 8 to 9 lacs for 10 marla and around 14 to 15 lacs for kanal plot.
So, if your budget is less than 33 lacs, then the only option you have is DHA Pesh.
If you can afford DHA Multi file, it could give good short term gain.... In DHA Pesh, the gain has already happened after balloting, so, I think from now onwards the increase will be gradual.
In the long term situation, both projects are easily good. In terms of safety and security situation in the city, Multan is better as per my understanding.

DHA Peshawar is already expensive ... Both files & installment plots ...
To me, DHA Multan is still under priced and all set to go high this year.

Dha peshawar will be a long term investment.dha peshawar still did not acquire all land.on other hand dha multan will be a short term investment like one to three years .my vote will be for dha multan
