Which is better al jalil garden, al rehman garden phase 2 or park view lahore

I am looking for a plot in lahore. To be honest, i am not sure if i will keep it merely as an investment or will build my own home there. I am inclining towards investment for now. I don't really need a home in lahore right now.

Moreover, i am doing it all on paper for now. And on paper, al jalil garden, al rehman garden and park avenue all, somehow, fall within my budget of about pkr 4 million and all seem like good options on paper with decent development. All have possession plots (although i am not sure i can have possession plots in all of these in pkr 4 million).

I will eventually visit all three projects this month or the next. For now, i would like to know the opinion of experts on the topic. Which do you think is the best option out of these? Is there any project that is better than these while meeting my requirements in lahore?

If you are looking to buy in Al Jalil Garden, please be sure that you buy the plot in Rose Block and Tulip Block. Don't buy in any other block or at least be sure that you buy a possession plot. I am not much of an expert in the area but I saw a notice calling the extension of al jalil garden illegal by LDA.

You say you will visit it so you will decide on your own but I also felt that Al Jalil Garden and Al Rehman Garden's location off GT Road didn't seem particularly appealing to me, personally. Otherwise they seem good option anyway.
