Which installment plan is better for future secure investment?

Lake city or Bahria Orchard

I explored many societies and unable to decided where to invest amount around 28 lakh. So, i heard news and also checked on zameen website that lake city is offering plots on installments. A resource also told me that bahria orchard also has plan to start new installment plan for plots. I just want to know which option is good to invest which is secure and fruitful in the future. I want to invest for almost 5 years.

I also know these both societies are run by a person. But there are less option of a good brand in the market.

Please give your thought on this, i shall be thankful to you.

Did you chose any of these or still exploring, why don’t you invest in Prism by the way?

Appreciate for your suggestion on the Prism.

Actually did not choose any option but thinking about select lake city installment plan. Did not find a good deal on the Prism only found boundary and bad location plot in this range.
