Which flat can be financed by Bank in Isb/Rwp?

I want to buy a flat in Isb / rwp with proper residential flat community like Al-Ghurair Giga - lignam & defense tower near dha 2 Islamabad
can some one tell me which Flats are eligible for bank finance?

1. Flat should have possession (1200 Sq feet or more)
2. NOC from CDA/ RDA for the building should be available
   3 Approved Map of the building.

Any Building in Isb & rwp is acceptable beside PHA flats which are not maintained properly, any guidance will be really helpful.
