Hello.
There are so many housing/residential schemes. Lot of marketing is done on tv, bill boards, etc.
Of course, this kind of investment requires huge ratio of one's savings. Now we hear lot of stories of fraud of different types. So it's kinda risk.
I want to know how to know/verify if any project is genuine and there is no (potential/possible) fraud?
Also, can you name some really reputable firms in this industry. I think one would be dha. But any others?
