I have observed that prices in sector i-14 and i-16 have suddenly been increased in last 6-8 months. I need your expert opinion on the following:
1. What are the reasons of abrupt increase in prices in both i-14 & i-16?
2. I have budget of rs. 3.5 mn to 4.00 mn, so which sector is better option for 3-4 years investment?
