Which block better in sui gas phase 2

I want to buy plot in sui gas phase 2. Please let me know which block has better location to buy. Thanks

I would say the blocks which are under priced right now. If you see the map of Sui Gas society, its a fairly small project divided into few blocks. But the prices of the blocks in the middle are very high compared to those at the corners.

Go for C block. It's next to AWT where the prices are higher and also near to the main road from where Sui gas society is starting. The main thing is that the prices there are very low compared to B block which is just a street away. Once the construction activity is started, everything will be around the same level.
