I am overseas pakistani living in gulf. I am planning to build house 500 square yards plot size which is more and fast develop project in karachi, behria or dha city. Please give me ideas within five or six year has a chance to build house in those project.

Go for Bahria . Work on the ground is super fast. Better tour both DHA and Bahria . It will be easy to decide. Quality of living for overseas is better in Bahria. Lot of proper planning like kids school , hospital , entertainment, golf course, cenima etc. It will be liveable in 2 years.
