Speedgear2, I think livable 8 marla DHA homes in A block are around 8 million if u also take into account the transfer/possession charges as well of almost 8 lacs.
Even 5 marla houses there are now around 4.5-5 million if not more if u include all charges
You dont have to pay the charges immediately, may be take possession later on. This is the most reasonable constructed house you can get in RWP/ISB surrounding area.

@ fahad azhar bahi house prices of even 5 marls in sch3 extension u mention jan yousaf dh ch khyb srfrz minimum price thers is 8 to 9 million budget and there is all water tanker supply .so 6.5 million house in that area impossible.
