Dear all,
I am an overseas Pakistani currently planing to invest about 5-6 million. What is the best place to invest in Isb/Rwp? I am more inclined towards Gulberg due to its location etc. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

There is lot of discussion on existing threads about various investment options. I would advise you to go over it before throwing your money in any project. Market is currently slow, rather declining, therefore, you shouldn't rush to buy. Take your time in evaluating options, talk to people and then choose wisely.
Isloo is right. You first go through the recent threads about investment options in Islamabad. Yes, the market is currently a bit slow, so, don't make any decision in a hurry. G-13, G-14, B-17, AWT, E-16/ E-17, Multi Residencia could be your options. Gulberg is also good, but a bit long term like to 3 to 5 years for good return. Bahria Enlcave 8 marla plot could be a good option for you as well.

I am investing in ISB as i have no place in Isb.
My investment is for longer term, depending on situation i am eventually build my own home.. Although that is not 100% certain.
I am expecting are to invest somewhere GOOD and then forget it for few years...
