I have a budget of around 4 to 4-5M. I want to invest it. Please guide me as to invest in G-15 or I-14,15,16? Or any other better option. Invest can be up-to one year. I'm personally more comfortable with CDA sectors.

Well i would recommend you to go with B-17 block E, as the possession will be given in this year july and it will give you good returns in a short period of one year. It is a private society, yet a very reputable one so no chance of any failure too.
CDA sectors are more or less dead, surely the prices will increase, but they increase with time so it will not give you returns in short period of time such as one year.
BAhria town and dha are the best options…
Agreed with bro Saadi. B17 definitely is a good society but already on peak and it does not seem would go further right now as prices are in a state of correction. But BT and DHA have great potential and their prices are increasing on daily bases.
Make it 50-55 and buy a 25*40 plot in G-13, after section 3 of Kashmir Highway work will start plus when the Section 2 will be clear then rates will increase and it is a CDA sector.
B-17 is good but rates are on peak plus it is credible but still not CDA, in DHA you may opt for DHA valley, other than that in this budget you can buy a plot in DHA, In Bahria Town Prices are coming down.
Top City is another good option.

Zaraj good locality and excellent development. Whereas I think May be I am wronge River Garden like localities are vulnerable because of khokhar phenomenon. In that area only BT is safe investment.

@ iftikhar sb..Sir dha2 sector A to H are the best options for living as huge construction activity is taking place not by builders but by the genuine clients who are going to live there...4000 approx houses are already constructed and occupied.Every facility is there to enjoy from clubs to parks to markets to mosques to schools.Especially if any one has th background from armed forced,he enjoys more there due to the community.Do not go for zaraj as it is just nothing from living perspective when compared to dha2..Do not even go for phase 7 due to the controversies attached with bahria town...
Btw i can buy you some good deals in dha and bahria town and in zaraj aswell..
