I have 10 million where should I invest in Lahore in the long term and are the prices in Bahria going to increase in Lahore or have they started to settle down.

DHA Lahore Phase 7 & 8 are best options in this budget.
Phase 7 prices are already above 10 million. Not a good time to buy. Phase 8 is better. After possession, there will be time for people to build homes. After that time, building period or fine will be applicable. At that stage, there will be quick selling and a good time to buy. This is what i think. Am i wrong?
You are right Amjad sahb and I am also very fond of Phase 8, especially the commercial broadway and can't wait to see how the market would turn out to be. I also think Phase 9 can promise bigger gains in due time since property rate here are very reasonable for investment. You can buy about 3 files of 1-kanal plots in the amount you have right now.
If i had such amount, i would buy a couple of residential plots (smaller plots, 5 or 10 marla) and 2 commercial plots (4 Marla each) in DHA Phase 9 or 10.

1 Kanal DHA phase-9 is 49lac plus currently...
so he can buy 2 files in the specified budget... Isn't he ?
I will advise him to buy one Kanal average plot in DHA Phase-8 in the budget... This is the most safe and secure thing he can get for next 3-4 years..
Other option i would suggest is if he is adventurous and if he is willing to take some chances... May be some others would disagree
Buy 3 nice location plots in Sui Gas-phase-2 (1 Kanal each) ... Its possession is IA within a matter of few months probably... And rates will for sure improve

How can you buy 2-Commercial plots (4-Marla each) in Phase 9 or 10 having budget 10-Million?
Today's price of ONE File of 4-Marla commercial plot is around 180-Lacs in DHA Phase-9.

Phase-7; all blocks prices are not above 10-Million right now. It varies between 80-125 Lacs. You can get good location plot within 10-Million.
For your reference; Phase-8 prices are more than Phase-7 for good location plots.

Long term Potential of Phase-8 good location plots are also much more higher than Phase-7 due to its prime location.
Its price is not higher without reason.

Please read the words of Brother Amjad Tariq; He said "Phase-7 prices are already above 10 million. Not a good time to buy. Phase 8 is better." This sentence shows perhaps Phase-8 prices are lesser than Phase-7 that's why I elaborated it for the clarification of other members.

Well this is all about your priorities and preferences.
But as per my opinion and guess.... They will....I know about Sui-Gas-2...can give you a valid news that its possession can happen in any time during this year. After possession it will surely appreciate. No question about it. And the society is also having good repute. They have their earlier phase-1 which is now surrounded by main DHA.
