Where to invest in islamabad-rawalpindi- budget 70-80 lac

I have around 70-80 lac but i am not sure sure where to invest.

I want to invest in islamabad-rawalpindi.

Some one suggests me to buy apartment in bahria heights where monthly rent is around 45,000.

Please suggest some options.

If you wish to keep the investment for rent, then an apartment is a good option. If you want to gain by trading in property, I would suggest buying a plot. Your options are Multi F-17 or B-17 in Zone-2, DHA-IV in Pindi and DHA-2 in Zone-5

2:Bahria Phase8 H and I are the best.

3:B-17 B,C,B ext and E with possession.

I just heard Tariq Malik of Abdullah Associates who had fled the country with 200 million rupees of others, is back in town and quietly doing business again (meaning not advertising himself too much) ... What do you guys think about DHA phase 2 extension?

Best investment presently which can give you returns very fast in your range is CDA sector C-15, you can get one kanal plot for about 77-80 lac. Machinery arrived at sight and development work started, in six months if CDA does balloting it should go to 1.2 cr right away within a year or may be early. DHA phase 2 is a also very safe investment. I suggest you to stay away from multi at the moment, their market almost dead now but can be better in far future.

@Itunes, I think it is better to invest in Bahria Heights 2 Ext. You will get rent as well as your property price will increase.

How about D-12 and I-12? D12 has possession whereas I-12 has some time…

5 marla in airport housing society sector 1 and 2 , you may find the double story house in your range but hurry up as construction of overhead bridge & airport chowk for signal free road is started already so prices will definitely go high..rental value will be around 32K ,,neat , clean and safe investment.

Airport housing society is the best place to live especially overhead @ airport chowk / koral chowk is the game changer which will give direct access to airport society means 10 -15 minutes drive to Islamabad , rental and property value will go up definitely.
