Aoa, I need your expert advise I have a plot in DHA Phase 7 Lhr I need the following ans:
1) Should I sell it now and if I sell it I want to invest in another DHA Phase where I can buy one 1 kanal plot and any other 10 Marla plot I need your guidance. Thank you.
2) Which is the best block in Phase 9?
DHA Phase-9 has no blocks so far... As it is not yet balloted. You can get however 1 kanal (49.50 Lacs) and 10 marla file(36.50 lacs) of phase-9 by selling your phase-7 Kanal plot, but it depends on your current plot's market value.
I would suggest you to keep your current plot and wait until possession time...

Usman, if your plot is in one of those sectors, the time now has started for you to consider reaping profit from your investment.

Your info might be correct… But on safer side… Phase-7 is better as its possession is officially announced by DHA (as per Miss Samra’s Link)…
Thank u all for the comments .dha is giving possession for block U. I think approx market price is between 90 lac - 1 Cr. I now want to know 1) how much should i wait? Brother; hold your phase-7 plot. Its on ground now. Phase-9 is still far away. Its price move up and down until balloting is done. For example; if u buy phase-9 file right now and after balloting your plot comes at bad location then what will happen?
More you wait and delay your phase-7 plot, more you will get profit. People held file and wait for possession to get real benefit but on the other hand you want to sell your plot immediately after possession without getting proper profit.
I think holding of plot in phase 7 (possession) is of not advantage. It is better to dispose off this plot and buy a plot in DHA Phase - 8 immediately because prices in phase 8 are going up. It is expected that near budget months, the prices will further increase. Better time to roll the money from 7 to 8.

Yeh phase 9 may increase but it will increase less than what u have , put this file in locker ,pay all charges and hold it gonna increase in less time , than investing in long term in ph 9 , 2-3 years , ph 7 gonna hit 1.50 plus in year so be wise
