F-17 is good safe and secure investment for medium to long term…
TC Kanal Plot in B Block is also not a bad option… As the rates a bit down over the last month or so… So, I think it is good time to buy Kanal plot with possession in B Block of TC…
You may also consider, Mumtaz City, another good option near new airport.
Bahria Enclave is also good option, if you want to invest for 3 plus years.
