1:I-14 or I-16 safe investment and i am sure it will give you good return.
2:B-17 A,C and E block where prices are reasonable and in possession.
3:Bahria phase8 Safari valley or I,E-1,A-1,G with possession,F-2,M under development.
4:Gulberg F,J,I with possession and safe

I would suggest I 16 CDA sector with good location, possession and will give very good return in 2 years, I hope.

In addition to above, I would suggest to buy one 30x50 plot in Mumtaz City, which will cost you around 3.8 Million in Ravi Block... The possession is expected within this year In Sha Allah.
