For 1-2 years I would suggest exploring (i) DHA Multan file; (ii) DHA-2 Islamabad K,L, M or N sector; (iii) DHA Gujranwala file; (iv) Bahria-8 Islamabad; (v) Bahria Enclave Islamabad; (vi) G-15/F-15 Islamabad; (vii) E-17/3 due to new gas connections etc.
I think good location 5-Marla plot in DHA Phase-9 Town would be a good buy for one year investment. Its possession is expected in mext 6-months.
As far as DHA Multan or Gujranwala files are concerned, both prices are going down these days.
1:Dha phase2 N or P block.Don't go to any file game.
2:Bahria phase8 safari valley or E,F1.
3:B-17
4:Dha phase9

Take a 25x50 size plot in E-12 in this time period it may give u good return. Also in your budget.
Thank you all… I heard there is a road announced from B17 to D12. Is it gonna give a boost to b17 in near future ?
No doubt B-17 one of good investment in zone2.
