Where to invest 35 million in Lahore/Islamabad for 5-10 Yrs

Hello friends,

I am based in the USA and looking to invest in Lahore/Islamabad for the long term. My investment horizon is 5-10 years and I am comfortable only with DHA and Bahria.

After talking to few friends and reading through posts on this forum, I am zeroing in on Phase 9 Prism in Lahore and DHA Phase 5 in Islamabad.

My question is if YOU had to invest 35 million in next one month with an investment horizon of 5-10 years....WHERE and WHAT would you buy for maximum return? i.e. Commercial vs Residential, Size, Location, Block etc.

Buy a 0ne kanal plot in dha prism lahore and 4 one kanal files in dha multan for maximim return in 5 to 10 years.

@ Brooklyn Sir. First of all iwould recommend you to focus on solid gains then to embark on an endeavor to have over night profits…According to my understanding, i would recommend you to go for the following options…

1-One file of 40x80 or 50x90 in F-14 Islamabad. 40x80 would cost you around 8 to 8.5 million tentatively and 50x90 would cost you between 110 to 120 lacs tentatively.Remember that all this money is not to be paid upfront.A chunk is to be paid first and then rest of the amount would be paid in installments.I personally believe that this investment has the potential to give miraculous returns provided developed at even slow pace.

2-1 kanal plot in dha 5 islamabad F or G block or formerly dha 2 P,Q for 10 million.

3-1 kanal file in any good block of prism for 11 million.

4-With rest of the amount go for dha multan and buy whatever you can with that much amount…

Decisive factor in case of dha multan is the launching price tag…In F-14 there is no such big risk except fluctuation in the profits or delay in development.
