Don't invest for six months.After six months aap ko jo manafa mila ga wo dealers ior tranfor ma chla jia ga.There is no chance to rise in next six months.I think only Dha phase2 is the one which will rise next six months.Allah know best.

I would advise go for BE-1, 5 marla cash plot, it will give good return after 6-12 month, it’s most like that possession will be announced for these plots and prices can go over 30.

I really don't know why he's advised him dha2, as i'm not aware of that too much,
i'm following with BE-1 only since quite some time and the prices there are rock bottom these days, which were much higher a year before, and declined due to delayed possessions and investors are selling at lower prices, so i'm planning to get some thing there myself as it seems to be a best option for me, and can be for someone else if he agrees.
If he wants to pray for me then say according to the situation, that “May Allah give me more wisdom to guide others in better way” which I will pray for him now…
Imran: I don't like discussing 'people' here. But I agree that some people irritate more than they contribute.
Now as per my assessment, market is down everywhere including BE-1, where price decline and trading inactivity is highly visible. Only those are investing in BE who want to benefit in the long term. So six months is a very very short-term investment in the present market situation, as nothing seems to be moving anywhere. Only CDA sectors (G-13, G-14 and to some extent D-12) and DHA are showing some positive signs. CDA is too pricey and not sure if 22 lac can buy you anything in DHA-2 possession area as well.
After new measures in budget to surround non-tax payers and/or non-filers, everyone is just holding their breath watching how the situation takes turn. Some big bahria tycoons, such as New York, are buying under the table to prepare for next big rally. But this is just talk of the town, nothing substantive.
Yes Islo I do agree, that members should avoid discussing others and avoid such irrelevant topics for not irritating others and contribute with views and ideas to share knowledge.
I think it would be too much if we discuss it more in absence of some one.
Lets get back to the topic of Mr Rizwan, 22 lac investment for period of 6 months for profit.
I can say that you should look for under development societies only which are quite few in Islamabad at the moment in your budget, like:
Bahria Enclave (declining due to slow dev)
DHA Valley (declining due to slow dev)
Gulberg ( not declining or stable)
Top City ( declining due to slow dev & risk factor)
Mumtaz City (stable in prices with good dev)
As per my assessment all these societies can give good returns, excluding those where no substantiation change is expected, For example:
if BE-1 is able to hand over possession within 1 year which is more likely to happen for 5/8 marla category, the prices will jump and construction will start as well.
DHA valley also have promises of possessions and prices hike is bound to that but less chances and hopes with dha valley.
Gulberg is likely to give possession in 6-12 months and prices are showing upward trend since a year and can go further high.
Top city has prospects provided the construction of air port link road and possession which they've promised.
Mumtaz city is just waiting for the air port link road and prices will jump with that.
These societies can be regarded for high returns including the risk factors and possessions, it depends on their management and one's luck.
I still back BE-1 in your budget.

6 months is not even reasonable time. You might as well keep that money safe somewhere, instead of exposing to market risk at this point.
