Aoa, guys I have a plot in Whitehouse lane on Sunderdas Road close to Zaman park, Lahore, and I want to get its registry made I only have Hibanama which states that the land was gifted to my deceased father from his late uncle and court order I don’t know where to further go even my lawyer is unable to know that at which office I need to go to get transfer letter and then the registry itself, I need to know which office to contact I need to know the area please help me. Even the patwari doesn’t have record of this lane.

Personal advice if you dont want to sell it just carry on to live in it rather bearing the unnecessary cost....
It will be automatically inherit to your father siblings...which will be done the respective patwari...
If you cannot get any success contact to see what else can be done...as I know few property adviser who can must know.
